Delivery

Our aim is to despatch all orders placed within 48 hours, subject to availability. UK mainland orders are despatched via Royal Mail or a secure courier on a standard service and would normally be received within 3-5 working days. Orders received over the weekend and bank holidays are processed the next working day. For next day or deliveries outside of the UK mainland please contact us for details and additional charges. Next day orders must be placed before 10am and exclude Saturday delivery.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less the cost of returning the goods. Some orders may require a signature.

If you make a request for items to be left in a safe place, at reception or with a neighbour we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever if the package is not received. Please be fully aware that all liability rests with you, the customer, should you make such requests.
